Months ago the forces at Maupertius were shattered by a band of mercenaries led by Lord Dragmire and his mysterious ally. But even though that vile fox was driven off, not all his men are gone. These broken men have turned to banditry and now plague the Road of Mair. Most of them are merely foot soldiers, but there are rumors that one of Reynard’s battlemages now organizes these men. Thus far no patrol guard has managed to catch a single one of these filthy bandits. It is clear this is not work for ordinary men.
It is not enough to simply slay these bandits on the road. No, we will settle for nothing less than finding their lair and flushing this vermin from the land! Use whatever means you have to find them, but use caution. This is not our first attempt to find them. They have relocated once. It would not do to lose them a second time.
- ★ SUCCESS METRIC: Any Unseelie shardholder may accept this quest. Combat may be required. A shardholder should discover the location of the bandit’s hideout and then lead the Patrol Guard to launch an attack. If their intentions are discovered, the bandits will relocate and the quest will have failed. A successful outcome may result in a position of authority within the knights of the road patrol.
